2. Product Information & Compatibility
Hitron sells networking equipment including DOCSIS cable modems, MoCA adapters, routers, and accessories.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
· Compatibility with your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
· Compatibility with your type of internet service (e.g., cable vs. fiber vs. DSL vs. fixed wireless)
· Proper in-home wiring and network configuration
Important:
· Cable modems are designed for cable internet service only
· MoCA adapters require properly connected coaxial wiring within the home
· Performance may vary depending on your network, wiring, and service plan
We are not responsible for incompatibility due to incorrect service type, ISP restrictions, or in-home wiring conditions.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to:
· Correct pricing errors
· Limit quantities
· Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse
Orders are not final until payment is successfully processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Hitron is not responsible for:
· Carrier delays
· Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return subject to the following:
Return Requirements
· Products must be returned within the specified return window
· Items must be returned in original condition, including all accessories and packaging
· Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Refund Policy
A refund will only be issued after the product has been returned and received by Hitron.
We do not issue refunds for:
· Products that are not returned
· Products returned damaged due to misuse or improper packaging
· Missing components or accessories
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to first contact Hitron support to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Important:
· A returned product is required for any refund or dispute resolution, including chargebacks
· Chargebacks submitted without returning the product may be disputed and denied
· We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, usage, and communication history to payment processors
Failure to comply with this policy may result in denial of future purchases.
7. Technical Support
Retail customers may access support through Hitron’s support channels. Support is provided for:
· Products purchased through authorized retailers
· Basic setup and troubleshooting guidance
Hitron does not provide support for:
· ISP-provided equipment
· Third-party network configurations beyond reasonable troubleshooting
8. Warranty
Products purchased through the Hitron Store include a limited warranty, typically one (1) year, unless otherwise specified.
Warranty does not cover:
· Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or environmental conditions
· Issues caused by incompatible services or wiring
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hitron shall not be liable for:
